University of Florida East Campus Office Building 310
The East Campus office Building was conceived as a project to continue the ongoing redevelopment of the eastside area.  This $12MM project was for a 3 story office building of 80,000 square feet and included surrounding parking, utilities and pedestrian amenities.   UF 310 is a LEED certified project. JOLA designed hardscape, landscape and irrigation for the project.  Site amenities include a Pedestrian Mall connecting Waldo Road to the front entrance of the building and adjacent buildings with pedestrian circulation.  Native trees and grasses were utilized throughout the project to conserve water resources with minimum irrigation.
