University
Corners is an urban renewal project at the corner of 13th Street and
University Avenue located adjacent to the University of Florida.
This project encompasses three city blocks and will include eight floors
of luxury condominiums, condo-hotel units, restaurants, retail, office,
conference facilities and a parking garage.
Our scope of
services included design of the fountains, two pools, the main plaza,
and surrounding streetscape. JOLA and Larry Teague of Zamia Design
collaborated on this project to produce Schematic Design, Design
Development and Construction Documents for hardscape and paving design,
pool design, planting, irrigation, site furnishings, and exterior
lighting for the plaza floor, two upper pool deck floors and the parking
garage.
